Best Squash Shoes: Asics Squash Shoes & Harrow Squash Shoes

If you aren’t familiar with some of the major squash brands, you are going to want to take the time to compare several different styles, in order to not only get the best pair, but to find the best prices when you do purchase your new squash shoes. Personally, I recommend Asics squash shoes and Harrow squash shoes. Not only do they offer great name brands, but they also offer optimal comfort, great style, and the fantastic safety for the wearer. This is important, you need to make sure that you are not going to twist an ankle, or injure your foot in any other manner.

The more shoes that a player considers and compares before they buy their squash shoes, the more likely it is that they are going to buy the right pair, and get the best prices. Taking the time to compare these shoes will ensure that you get the best in comfort, the best in performance, and the best fit, since you have taken the time to try on several pairs, see how they fit, and find those that are most comfortable on your feet, when you are on the court. So, before choosing the brand, and before choosing the best squash shoes for your feet, you will find that when you take the time to shop for the best brands, you are going to find the very best fit, comfort, and safety for your feet on the court.

You are going to find the lowest prices as well when you shop around, especially if you shop online. You might want to find the best pair and then go online to compare prices. So, before you decide to buy the first pair you try on, you are going to want to take the time to consider all pairs, and find those that are going to offer you the fit, comfort, and reliability you are looking to get on the court, either when training or during a big match. Choosing from the very best in name brands, and comparing all of the best name brands of squash shoes, is going to allow the player to get the best action on the court, and the best levels of protection and comfort.

Squash Equipment for You!

Squash is one of the fastest growing games in the US. And, in my opinion, it's one of the best games that you can play. It is the best exercise that you can get playing a game. Squash descended from at least five different games including tennis, racquetball, and hand ball. Racquets is considered to be the direct parent game for Squash. It has been played since the middle of the 1800's. Like Squash it is also played by using a racquet and by bouncing the ball against a wall with either two or four players.

But in order to play you will need squash equipment like squash racquets, squash balls, squash goggles, and squash shoes. The best way to purchase squash equipment is from a squash pro shop. They are very easy to find on the web. All you have to do is type in a term relating to the game like squash balls or squash pro shop and dozens of websites will pop all offering you awesome deals to buy your equipment.

Squash has certain specialized equipment like squash goggles and squash shoes to help improve your game. Squash shoes help players to better grip wood floors that might otherwise be slick and easily slipped on, not only does this help you move but protects your ankles. They are very similar to specialized shoes like tennis shoes or cleat shoes used in soccer.

Squash goggles are used by some players to help protect their eyes from the fast moving balls that often bounce off of a wall heading towards the face. This is especially dangerous as they can land in an eye bruising it, or even causing blindness. This makes goggles very useful to players, especially children or people just beginning to learn how to play the game and may not have as quick of a reaction time.

Squash was once called squash racquets in order to describe the squashable rubber squash balls that it is played with. The name changed though as it became more popular among the general public. Today the game is so popular that it is in contention to become an Olympic sport in 2016 at the Rio de Janeiro in Brazil thanks to the success of the squash pro tour.

Asics Squash Shoes, the Best Squash Shoes

The best squash shoes will always be designed for indoor court use. Most, if not all, squash courts will insist that you wear shoes with non-marking soles. All the good squash shoes will conform to this prerequisite; they are made of gum rubber and designed to be gentle on the court. The Asics squash shoes provide really good traction and are pretty comfortable for wearing. Not as heavy on the feet as some other shoes. I am actually on my third pair of Asics squash shoes.

I'd tried several brands before the Asics squash shoes, but wasn't comfortable with any of the others. I wear Asics running shoes, so I might be a bit biased, but I am completely satisfied with the squash shoes Asics makes. Harrow squash and Hi-tec squash were fine for a little while, before I was referred to the brand that I wear now.

Only once did I try to play squash in regular running shoes, they made my feet swell after wearing them for a couple of hours, so it's isn't a good idea to wear those for a long period of time. I also tried a pair of regular tennis shoes, but after only a couple of months of wearing them, I noticed that the rubber started to peel from around the sole of the shoe. So, finally, I gave in and tried the Asics squash shoe, which I have loved from the first moment I played in them. So far, they haven’t offered me a moment of trouble.

Because squash has a history of being the combination of at least five other sports, I never dreamed I would have to go through that many pairs of shoes to play it. Squash is a very exhilarating sport played between 2 to 4 players in a four walled court using a rubber ball. The sport has been around for ages and has become my primary source of exercise. I’ve lost 20 pounds since I started playing, it burns so many calories. It's also really good to relieve stress and releases tension and anger.

Squash is almost like playing tennis but offers a different form of the sport, and you can play all year long. You can play squash with several variations such as hardball singles and doubles or squash tennis.

It’s a great game, and I love. Just, please, wear the right shoes. You won’t regret it!
