adidas Adipure

About five months ago, I started my own get in shape plan. I was not the type to join a gym and get physically fit with a group of sweaty strangers. I had not exercised in a long time and the get in shape program was certainly going to be a long uphill battle. My husband chuckled when I told him about my plans to run my way back to a healthy size and get fit. In the back of my mind I certainly had a few doubts too. After my first workout I was completed exhausted and totally dehydrated. I quickly learned I needed to keep hydrated while working out like the professional athletes. How will I keep hydrated? This is what I asked a sales clerk at a local sports shop. He introduced me to the iFitness neoprene hydration belt which provides pockets for carrying water bottles for running. I quickly discovered that iFitness produces an excellent line of products for the amateur and professional athlete.

Let's face it. I was not very familiar with running belts and all the advantages that they provide to the runner or jogger. The iFitness neoprene hydration belt is a very smart piece of fitness equipment. It is not binding. It fits very comfortably around my hips and I barely notice the extra ounces while running. I can easily carry two water bottles for running in the iFitness belt along with all my gadgets which include keys, tissues, and my mp3 player with my favorite tunes. I must admit that I feel like a professional runner in the belt. My running speed and distance have improved dramatically over the last few weeks. In my opinion the iFitness neoprene hydration belt with water bottles for running had plenty to do with this remarkable improvement in speed, distance, and stamina.

My running plan is starting to really improve my outlook on life. I'm getting in shape and feeling great. I'm even thinking of running a marathon sometime in the future. The iFitness belt provides everything that a runner could need to run and win the race to physical fitness.

The adidas Adipure Running Shoe Difference

Those of us who are active in the sport of running know the importance of having the best possible running shoes on our feet as we train and compete. There are many of us who have put our faith in adidas running shoes over the years to protect us and enhance our running. Since there are such a wide variety of adidas running shoes choosing just one style to use has never been easy. Now adidas has come out with a collection of natural running shoes called Adapt, Gazelle and Motion.

The
adipure Motion has been made for those runners who are classified as heel strikers. This shoe helps them move closer to a midfoot strike pattern. The perfect amount of cushioning is provided in the shoe’s dual-layer midsole. Runners know it’s important for their foot to be able to flex as they run. This shoe has been noted for its mesh-sock providing those who wear it with a a good fit and excellent foot flexibility. The adipure Motion also provides its users with additional structure with its rubberized print overlay.

The
adipure Gazelle has been designed to increase the user’s ability to have their foot even with the ground. The runners who use this shoe must want one that provides them with more firmness. It does have some cushion and a little protection with minimal overlays, but the main feature of the adipure Gazelle is how it provides the correct amount of firmness to all those who wear it when they run.

Today there is a segment of runners who enjoy the feeling of barefoot running. These people run shoeless or with as little shoe around their feet as possible. The
adipure adapt provides such runners with an almost barefoot running experience. In the shoe’s heal and underneath there is only 15mm of material. The forefoot has just 11mm of material. The adipure adapt is just about as minimal of shoe as possible that still provides some level of safety against stones and road debris. Its Velcro loops combine with the shoe’s mesh sock to provide the user with a snug and secure fit.

The adipure running shoe collection offered by adidas has been designed to help a wide range of runners achieve the most natural and purest movements possible while they train and compete. These are the kind of shoes a runner uses when they want to safely and steadily develop their performance using minimalist training. The three distinctive types of running shoes give their users the opportunity to have the correct level of foot protection and balance. They are shoes that allow athlete's feet to act and feel more natural as they run.
