From Sky High to Flat and Fabulous

As a devoted collector of high heels, I was stunned when my tennis coach would not let me enter the tennis court while wearing four inch stilettos. She told me, I could twist my ankles in a heartbeat if I would not wear shoes with proper support. If I had not promised my eight year old son that I would begin playing tennis with him I would have given up my new hobby right then and there. But, for the sake of my son, I had to try. So I asked the tennis coach if she´d knew where I could get a fancy pair of shoes. I wanted to look honorable while swinging my racket around. My son had a nice pair of adidas running shoes and he seemed to be happy with his. Our coach recommended me to find a pair of adidas adipure motion or adidas adipure gazelle shoes. She said that she liked the adipure adapt shoes the most, as her foot needed a certain kind of support. I have to admit, I doubted I´d get shoes without heels but I was going to keep open mind.

At home I first Googled
adipure adapt shoes. They looked like sporty ballet flats and easy to pair with tennis skirts that I have. I have decided I would get them but, I had to make sure I was making the right decision. I had to Google all of the shoes. Then I checked the adipure gazelle pair — it has a sportier look than the adipure adapt pair had. I did not like them as much but decided to get them anyway in case I wanted to channel my inner sporty woman. After shopping for two pair of shoes I had to see if I would like adidas running shoes as well. Turns out I like flats as much as I have love for heels. I ended up getting adipure motion pair as well. They now call me Mrs Adipure at the tennis court, as I rock them all. I can see my son enjoys playing tennis with his mom and he is quite good at it. He beat me every time.

The adidas Adipure Running Shoe Difference

Those of us who are active in the sport of running know the importance of having the best possible running shoes on our feet as we train and compete. There are many of us who have put our faith in adidas running shoes over the years to protect us and enhance our running. Since there are such a wide variety of adidas running shoes choosing just one style to use has never been easy. Now adidas has come out with a collection of natural running shoes called Adapt, Gazelle and Motion.

The
adipure Motion has been made for those runners who are classified as heel strikers. This shoe helps them move closer to a midfoot strike pattern. The perfect amount of cushioning is provided in the shoe’s dual-layer midsole. Runners know it’s important for their foot to be able to flex as they run. This shoe has been noted for its mesh-sock providing those who wear it with a a good fit and excellent foot flexibility. The adipure Motion also provides its users with additional structure with its rubberized print overlay.

The
adipure Gazelle has been designed to increase the user’s ability to have their foot even with the ground. The runners who use this shoe must want one that provides them with more firmness. It does have some cushion and a little protection with minimal overlays, but the main feature of the adipure Gazelle is how it provides the correct amount of firmness to all those who wear it when they run.

Today there is a segment of runners who enjoy the feeling of barefoot running. These people run shoeless or with as little shoe around their feet as possible. The
adipure adapt provides such runners with an almost barefoot running experience. In the shoe’s heal and underneath there is only 15mm of material. The forefoot has just 11mm of material. The adipure adapt is just about as minimal of shoe as possible that still provides some level of safety against stones and road debris. Its Velcro loops combine with the shoe’s mesh sock to provide the user with a snug and secure fit.

The adipure running shoe collection offered by adidas has been designed to help a wide range of runners achieve the most natural and purest movements possible while they train and compete. These are the kind of shoes a runner uses when they want to safely and steadily develop their performance using minimalist training. The three distinctive types of running shoes give their users the opportunity to have the correct level of foot protection and balance. They are shoes that allow athlete's feet to act and feel more natural as they run.

Adidas Adipure Running Shoe is Ready to Make an Impact

Years after using thick sole fancy sports shoes, runners have realized the benefits of barefoot running. In the past few years, barefoot running has become a new trend. The newly launched barefoot running shoes are tested and proved to be the best for runners. In fact, these shoes work better than those costly shoes with gel soles, air soles, and thick soles. Even the famous sports gear brand Adidas has introduced Adipure toe shoes, inspired by the natural five finger barefoot running mechanism.

Adidas Adipure running shoes are designed with very thin soles and separate toe spaces. When you wear these shoes, your foot will feel light and it can sense the ground impact while walking and running. The aim to create such a shoe is to offer you the barefoot feel while exercising, jogging, and running. Other brands have also launched similar shoes in the past few years. Believe it or not, these shoes have been incredibly successful in the market. Consumers are also happy with the bare foot running movement and its effect.

Adidas shoes are ranked among the best sports shoes since many decades. The new Adidas Adipure running shoes are designed for those, who are looking for some high-quality strength training shoes. When you use it, you can make out the difference of barefoot running and weight training. If you have heard about Arnold Shwarzenegger’s barefoot training in the past, then you must know about the effect and additional stability of barefoot workout. The basic mechanism is to trigger your neuron sensors found underneath the foot skin. As the high heel soles reduce the impact of pressure on foot, the effect is delayed. As a result, our body shows late response due to the reduced transfer of sensory information.

Secondly, the natural running shoes create a shift automatically in the center of gravity of your heel. This will eventually help your foot to rotate and invert in a more natural manner. Thus, the chance of ankle sprains is very less when it comes to the natural running shoes. Athletes are more prone to ankle sprains, if they wear thick soled shoes.

In contrast, a barefoot running shoe will minimize the chance of getting ankle sprain. Another benefit of these special Adidas shoes is their effect on every part of your body. When you switch to a barefoot running shoe, the pressure exerted will affect your back, hip, knee, and ankle alignment. This process will naturally stabilize your core muscles and make your body alignment proper.

After using the Adipure shoes for few weeks, I have realized that the impact of my regular high intensity strength training circuit work exercises is even better than before. In addition, these stretchy shoes are easy to wear and work even better than those high-priced fancy sports shoes.
