Strassburg Sock

Plantar fasciitis is an extremely discomforting swelling process that occurs in the plantar fascia. I've been unfortunate enough to experience such pain, especially during the morning when I'm all fogged up mentally and I forget that my heel has the condition. If you're like me, and you experience a knife-like pain piercing your feet's heel accompanied with a gradual burn, then welcome to the world of Plantar Fasciitis.

I was eager and driven to cure this condition as I set out to try different techniques and strategies to try curing the entire condition or at least minimize the pain and swelling. Honestly, I would have tried any Plantar Fasciitis treatment that existed. From taking anti-inflammatory medications to applying cold compress to the area to stretching regularly, especially during the morning, my efforts were of no avail. As I search endlessly through the stores and online retailers for viable solutions to put an abrupt halt to this pain and suffering that's been affecting my mobility, I came across a product called Strassburg Sock. Contemplating meticulously, I've found a lot of info about the Strassburg Sock product that may be interesting and promising to test out. Let me share some insights about the product to help fellow PF sufferers who are also considering it.

Basically, the Strassburg Socks is an easy-to-use and simple enough device that's inexpensive than other brands in its respective aisle. The product is specifically designed to maintain tension on the plantar fascia for it to recover in a stretched placement during nighttime. This way, the PF sufferer can find minimization of pain and discomfort when waking up in the morning. With the Strassburg Socks, a lot of PF sufferers noticed a shortened recovery period while others reduced their usage of anti-inflammatory medications.

When worn as recommended, it doesn't enable the plantar fascia to tighten while the individual is in a supine or prone placement. The product also harbors the ankle and forefoot joints on a placement of modest dorsiflexion, which prohibits a placement of plantar flexion, meaning the plantar fascia tissue is unable to tighten.

Knowing how the Strassburg Sock worked, I went to a store to see it firsthand. As I investigated on the product, I saw the device to comprise of a tubular knit component that conforms over the calf with two adhered adjustable belts to keep the foot in a normal to insignificantly extended placement. According to the materials it comes with, the device applies a force that leads to minimization or even total diminishing of the discomfort and swelling that plagues PF sufferers, such as me, in the morning.

I was excited to try it and I wasn’t disappointed. The Strassburg Sock is a low cost and effective Plantar Fasciitis treatment. You should still go to a doctor but you should also definitely try this sock.

How Honey Stinger Heightens Nutrition for Runners

I am an avid runner and am always on the lookout for things to eat that will give me more energy. Protein has always been important, but it does not supply the body with the right amount of carbs for fuel. In my journey to find a better food supplying proper nutrition for runners, I discovered the Honey Stinger Company that is owned in part by Lance Armstrong.

Lance Armstrong is a famous cyclist who truly understands what the body needs to maintain endurance and keep muscles moving. He took interest in Honey Stinger, a company from Steamboat Springs, Colorado that was established in 2002. This business sells organic foods that use honey as a natural sweetener to blend the proper amount of carbohydrates, protein, and other minerals that keep a person strong throughout exercise. Some of the most popular products include energy bars, chews, and Honey Stinger waffles.

Honey Stinger waffles make the perfect snack. They contain no processed sugar, which is not a good ingredient to keep endurance high. Instead, this product uses organic honey to add sweetness. Each waffle contains 160 calories and works well when the body is in need of a pick me up. The honey will energize the body, while the carbohydrates will get the blood flowing. Most Honey Stinger products also contain potassium, sodium, and magnesium. These are essential electrolytes that keep muscles working well and keep cramps that often accompany strenuous exercise at bay. The Honey Stinger waffles are quite tasty and come in a variety of flavors including honey, chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry.

Finding the proper nutrition for runners is essential to keep at a top performance level. Discovering foods that contain the correct balance of carbohydrates, protein, and minerals is vital. One of the best companies that fit this description is Honey Stinger. Their range of organic products includes waffles which make the ideal snack that keeps runners in tip top shape. Being owned and endorsed by Lance Armstrong should be one of the biggest convincing factors behind how well the products work. After all, if it is good enough for one of the most avid athletes in the world, it should be good enough for you.

Need to Hydrate While Running or Cycling? Try Fuel Belts

Fuel Belt brand is a great product for those looking to hydrate while running or cycling. The Fuel Belt brand is built upon the basis that runners should have water at all time. Whether it is for competition or for practice, there are belts that have water devices that can attach to the belt. This makes hydrating easier instead of carrying a bulky water bottle everywhere you go. A runner’s fuel belt straps around the waist and has compartments for water. A runner’s fuel belt can be bought online, and customers can compare prices to get the best price available.

Fuel belt hydration equipment is state of the art. Essentially, a fuel belt hydration system is like a fanny pack except that it holds water. They are made from a lightweight material that stretches. This is great for those who are bigger around the waist because the belt will fit all sizes of athletes. These belts also have expandable pockets, which is great for those looking to store bigger objects on their belts.

These belts feature a dual mesh backing on both sides, adding to the comfort of the overall belt. It has a center snap buckle, which makes it extremely easy to put on and take off. These belts are also great because they have reflective trims. This increases the runners/athletes visibility at night, which can decrease the chances that they will be hit by a car. These belts come in a wide variety of colors and are one size fits all.

Another great thing about fuel belts is that they have many different models. Whether runners are professionals or beginners, these belts will give them the extra boost they need during a run or during training. The Revenge collection is a very popular choice among running enthusiasts. These belts feature 3-bottle compartments and 2-bottle compartments. They come in many different colors that range from pink, blue, and green. This allows runners to choose their favorites colors and look stylish while they run. Again, these belts are great for those who want to have free hands while they run. They can get adequate water in quick fashion with these belts around their waists.

Junior Tennis Shoes: The Best Gift My Brother Ever Bought Me

One of the best memories that I can recall from my childhood was playing tennis with my brother. We would wake up really early every Saturday morning and head down to our local courts. We would spend hours working on drills, playing exhibition matches, and practicing our strokes. Once we found ourselves familiar with the sport's subtle details, we began playing other people on the courts.

Before we started practicing every Saturday, I would put on some scuffed up shoes that I have had for years. This affected my game tremendously because I was always slipping and sliding on the court. My brother suggested that I get some real tennis shoes. I didn't think anything of it because we were both pretty broke at the time. Well sure enough, the next morning I woke up and there they were: my first pair of junior tennis shoes. These junior tennis shoes were very stylish and I wanted to try them on instantly. They felt great as I paraded around, and I couldn't believe my brother scraped some money together to get me such an incredible gift.

The only thing I was missing was some junior tennis balls and some junior tennis racquets. I knew if I saved some money up I could indeed buy myself these gifts. Then I would be unstoppable on the court because I had put so much time and effort on my tennis game. About a month later I bought some new junior tennis racquets and junior tennis balls in order to help prepare me for my first tennis competition.

The competition was weeks away and my brother and I practiced like there was no tomorrow. The new shoes and racquets certainly gave me the confidence to compete at my highest level. We would wake up even earlier on Saturdays to get the competitive edge that we felt would be the difference. Sure enough, the competition arrived and I took first place. I was so proud of my accomplishments and the amount of work I put into training. It gave me a sense of self-worth and it all started with the new junior tennis shoes that my brother bought me.
