Salomon Trail Running

As a runner, I would be lying if I said that daily runs don't have the tendency to get a bit monotonous if you don't shake things up a little bit. I've enjoyed running for nearly a decade, but sometimes, a change of pace and scenery can help enhance the running experience. Trail running can be a great way to build stamina and strength, all while enjoying the beautiful sights and sounds of nature. I find myself running on trails on a weekly basis; however, the shoes that I typically wear when pounding the asphalt are not able to withstand the rough terrain of dirt trails. When I started running on trails, I decided to find the best trailrunning shoes that would offer increased stability, while providing my feet with the extra cushion and support they needed.

I have tried a variety of trail running shoes, and I have found that the best trail running shoes on the market are Salomon trail shoes. These trail running shoes are able to withstand the toughest terrain, all while providing the ultimate in comfort and durability. I enjoy running on hilly terrain, and I find myself having to navigate around debris and other obstacles on a weekly basis, but Salomon trail shoes have proven to stand the test of time and have yet to let me down. The added traction is a great feature of these trail shoes, especially for those who have a tendency to lose balance more easily.

Salomon not only designs a line of highly-effective trail running shoes, but they also provide an entire line of regular running shoes for athletes who prefer running on hardball. Salomon running shoes are lightweight and comfortable, and are some of the best running shoes that I have ever used. Salomon running shoes have long been regarded as some of the most elite running shoes on the market. After trying out several pairs, I now know why. Runners are advised to change out their running shoes every 400-500 miles, and I'm coming up on having to purchase another pair soon. There is no doubt in my mind, that I'll be buying another pair of Salomon running shoes, for both the trail and the asphalt. Salomon makes some of the best trail running shoes on the market, and I highly recommend trying out a pair the next time you need to upgrade your running shoes.

CamelBak 70oz. Hydration Pack

I recently picked up the CamelBak 70oz. Hydration Pak in the blue/gray color and I have to say it is really a great product. I have only heard about CamelBak water bottles before and have seen other people using different products made by them. I was initially skeptical of their products due to the seemingly big name brand and “cute” designs; I was worried they might not be too functional in providing hydration for runners. I was wrong.

Let me give you some idea about the CamelBak company. They are based out of Petaluma, California and have been in business for quite a number of years. The mostly produce hydrations packs and water bottles, but what might not be widely known is that they also produce these products for the military and law enforcement. So as you can see they are a serious player in the hydration game.

The pak that I bought, the CamelBak 70oz. Hydration Pak, has a true no frills design. It is small and lightweight, but yet feels solidly built and durable. You can see that the stitching and reinforcement designs are all high quality. Just hold the bag and you can feel the quality of the construction. The bag also has a small pocket for simple items like keys, phone and maybe small food packs. The bungee cords along the front of the pack offer enough room for a small towel, light jacket and even some gloves, socks or hat. You could probably clip on some other items using a carabineer, but I like traveling light.

The CamelBak pack is also easy to use, simply grab the mouthpiece and place it in your mouth and you are taking a few sips in no time. It really is simple. Filling it up is easy as well and for added comfort you can simply turn the bag upside down to remove any air for the water pack. this will prevent the water from sloshing around the pack and unbalancing you as you run.

I can’t say enough about this CamelBak Hydration Pack. It really surprised me and I am very pleased with my purchase. It is great for providing hydration for runners and does so easily and comfortably. Seems like CamelBak water bottles and hydration packs are great products for making those tough runs easier.

110% Ice Compression

Ice therapy compression gear for runners is the best type of compression gear used for any athletes. The compression gear helps athletes in many different ways. Increasing recovery rate and loss of energy due to feeling fatigue are some of the main reasons why athletes choose this certain type of gear. 110% ice compression is also known to reduce swelling as opposed to other types of gear that do not have this benefit. Another great benefit to this type of therapy compression gear is that it increases your circulation throughout your body. Increasing circulation throughout your body will increase a cardio workout or longer stamina for a longer and better workout overall.

Obviously ice therapy compression gear for runner has several health benefits but, they can even prevent injuries from occurring. There are arm sleeves that can protect your biceps, elbow, forearm and triceps. However, if you wish to protect just your elbow or feel that you need more support for just the elbow alone, there are sleeves made just for the elbow. Knee sleeves are made to protect just your knees but there are compression shorts that will help with your entire leg muscle to help you perform at your best.

This is one of the best sports therapies you can use because it can be used while you are in motion and prevent injuries and reduce swelling before it even happens. Most sports therapy will only help after injury and swelling occur. However, by using 110% compression gear this is less likely to even happen.

If your 110% ice needs replacements for any reason you can buy an individual replacement 110% ice insert. This is what reduces the swelling that could lead to an injury while working out. That is what makes it so different and much more effective than any other compression gear out there. Each product comes with some reusable ice inserts so you will not have to buy any extras unless you simply wish to have more or feel that it is time for replacements. The compression gear is made of special fabrics known an antimicrobial silvertech and is made of some spandex for flexibility in workouts. The compression gear is not only for men and women but also comes in several different sizes and you can choose which color you would like you compression gear to be. If you would like a compressive gear that will benefit you by your health and increase your performance to the maximum, this would be the best compression gear for runners or any other athlete.

My First Tennis Racquet Bag

Tennis has been my favorite sport since I was only eleven years old. Up until then my childhood was generally not athletic as I spent my time reading books, drawing pictures and being antisocial. Upon entering middle school sports became an integral part of my life, not by inspiration, but by necessity. Physical education became a mandatory subject and we students had only a few athletic options to choose from: bowling, cross-country and tennis. Being an inherently defiant adolescent, I chose the last option, as its placement consecutively must mean it was the least desirable and so most alternative choice. My responsible and supportive parents took me shopping for the necessary supplies for becoming a tennis all-star. At the mall we discovered that tennis must be just as much a fashion endeavor as an athletic one. There were tennis shoes, special shoelaces, polo’s in all colors imaginable on an Easter egg, shorts far too short to be permitted in any middle school P.E class and of course, tennisbags.
I remember the first Jet Pac tennis bag I ever laid eyes on with a memory vivid as a first kiss. Jet Pac makes stylish racquet bags, made to hold all of your tennis supplies without appearing bulky or overly pragmatic. Jet Pac tennis bags have been made for utility and fashion for decades now. While remembering one of the first racquet tote bags ever made by Jet Pac, it becomes clear to me that the Jet Pac tennis bags have remained consistently of high quality for years.
In shopping for physical education supplies for middle school classes, stylish racquet bags are just as important as functional racquet bags. There were three colors to choose from: robin's egg blue, cotton candy pink and flat black. The decision was obviously rather pressing, as each color could distinguish me in one way or another from fellow students. Robin's egg blue gave off an air of intelligence while cotton candy pink might get me in good with the girls. Flat black would give me a rebel reputation, not to be challenged to just any match. Of all the racquet tote bags, mine in flat black indicated that my interest in tennis was not just about fashion, but about dedication. Learning tennis became a serious endeavor for me and, thanks to the inspiration of my racquet bag I have been playing ever since.
