Tail tennis clothing is one of the premier performance active wear designed with both fit and function in mind, as well as fashion. The variety of Tail tennis outfits extend through at least 17 different themes with several fashionable yet functional styles, both with the tops and bottoms, as well as dresses. The bold colors displayed in different combinations range from blues, reds, yellows, purples, white, black, coral, pinks and vibrant mixtures in patterns that make a statement that you've come to play and play hard.

The material of Tail tennis clothing is made with fabric featuring an SPF of 45+ and consisting of 93% polyester and 7% lycra for the shirts and dresses, while only 87% polyester and 13% spandex with the the skorts. These Tail tennis outfits are designed with attention to just the right moisture management with wicking properties to keep you cool and comfortable while looking great! The anti-microbial fabric and design provide not just the right fit, but also functional comfort that minimizes friction and the dreaded fabric creep when involved in a heated rally. The new
Tail Pretty Tough theme consists of the bold, vibrant color scheme of white, red, black, and gray, resulting in a flurry of intense assault upon the eyes of one's challenger, who must already contend with the rapid attack of your strokes. The Tail Pretty Tough collection consists of the racer back dress, with all the above colors displayed in diagonal contrast, as well as four different tanks that you can mix and match with four different skorts, two of which are pleated with contrasting colors. Rounding out the collection is a pair of form fitting black Bermuda shorts, a zip up jacket as well as a pullover. All of the outfits offer a loose yet relaxed fit allowing for freedom of movement and just the right look to show you mean business and brought your "A" game.

Tail tennis clothing continues to demonstrate why they are one of the premier designers of functional yet fashionable tennis outfits. Their vibrant, colorful active wear looks amazing and has set the standard for apparel in tennis merchandising. Take a look at the Tail Pretty Tough outfits, one of the newer themes introduced this fall, and see what combination will work right for you. Your opponent will be impressed not only by how awesome you look, but may be distracted just enough, unwillingly providing you with an even greater competitive edge. Not that you will need it, of course!

Features of the Soleus GPS Fit 1.0 Watch for Runners

Having taken a break (several years) from serious running, I was a bit surprised to see how technology and innovation had contributed so much to the sport during my absence. I should not have been surprised since most areas of life now have a technical aspect to them. But, with running I was a bit surprised and impressed at the innovations, especially in the area of GPS watches for runners.

At the time I got back into running, I felt that the best GPS sports watch was the Soleus GPS 1.0. Now I am fortunate to have replaced that watch with the
Soleus GPS Fit 1.0. It is easily the best GPS sports watch on the market today. This is a well-priced watch with features that were included with both the casual and serious runner in mind.

The display uses GPS to indicate distance traveled in miles or kilometers. Additionally, it will also track calories burned. It has a 100 lap memory, world time covering all time zones, and a lithium ion battery charged through USB. If you are indoors or just do not want to use GPS mode, you can switch to timer mode and use it as a traditional stop watch. Another feature is the light modes. You can set the time frame when a light will be illuminated. This is perfect for those who run at night.

The Soleus GPS Fit 1.0 is a great value and outstanding GPS watch. My own fitness regime has benefited from wearing one every time I go out running. The amount of data it stores and its ease of use make it an ideal companion for me on the road.

One of the things I like most about this model is that they really economize the available space on the watch and focus on things you need while you’re out running. With larger numbers on the display and only four buttons (vs. six on the GPS 1.0) you can manipulate the watch while maintaining pace. It is nice for those of us with poor vision to not have to zoom in on the face to figure out what number is being displayed.

The
Soleus GPS Fit 1.0 is one of the most comfortable GPS watches for runners. It is lightweight and the ventilated strap feels good on the wrist. It is water resistant to 30 meters so it’s perfect if you are a triathlete.

Babolat AeroPro 2013 Ideal for Pros and Amateurs

I became a tennis pro a few years after college. I always loved the game, but had never considered that this would be my career! There was an opening at my local country club, and I just took a chance. Who would have believed they would hire a girl who only played on her university's team? Regardless, I am glad that they did.

I am always trying to find the perfect racquet. My latest favorites are the
Babolat AeroPro 2013 racquets. They have a great grip, and a nice feel. The tension in the strings is amazing. I almost feel like my backhand is stronger with the Babolat AeroPro 2013 racquets than anything else. I recently won a big open tournament with this racquet. Last year, I was fourth place. I think that this racquet helped me win thanks to its powerful delivery. It could all be in my head, but I feel like I play much better with the Babolet Aeropro. There is nothing else I would rather play with while competing in a match!

My clients are always asking about the
best new tennis racquets. I have been telling them to buy Babolat lately because they will easily be the best 2013 racquets. It is always a good idea to invest in a great racquet that will make your swing even more powerful. You want to have a racquet that will make you a better player. The Babolat Aeropro is defiantly one of those racquets.

If I am going to a tournament, then I always pack my Babolat because I know it will give me the edge I need to beat my opponents. It is easily one of the most dynamic 2013 racquets on the market. I do not know what I would do without it!

I found the Babolat while researching for the best new tennis racquets used by professionals. This one was recommended for players who need a racquet that can deliver a sharp tailspin. My serve is already good, but a little edge does not hurt. The Babolat helps me deliver where I need it most.

My clients who have bought it claim to love it as well. I have noticed that their serves are a little more powerful. They can control the ball better with the Babolat AeroPro. I am not saying that this is a magical racquet that makes you a better player instantly. Of course, a player's skill is all relative to how much they practice and train. However, the Babolat AerPro does seem to make a difference in the way the ball is hit. I know that I will continue to use and recommend it to everyone throughout my career.

Asics GT-2000

Running a marathon is a factor in every serious runner’s psyche at some time in his or her career. It may become a life goal somewhere in the bucket list of things to accomplish or a major career objective. For me, it was on the top of my need-to-do-before-I-die list. Notice I said “was.” I once sprained an ankle while speeding down the steepest hill in my town during early pre-dawn hours by stepping into a hole in the pavement. Did I stop there? Of course not! I had to complete my day’s goal of running five miles as I prepared for an upcoming marathon. Did I continue on my marathon quest? Of course! I’m a runner.

Okay, so that occurred before I discovered any of the
Asics running shoes, especially before their reengineered Asics GT-2000 trail running shoes for cross country running or the Asics GT-2000 Limited Edition NYC, especially designed for the New York City Marathon. Back in those days no running shoe manufacturer had engineered their shoes to accommodate either the massive distance training or overpronation that affects the endurance of long distance runner. Well, now that Asics running shoes have entered this field both those requirements have been met. Their mission seems to follow the same work theory my dad taught me. “If a job’s worth doing, it’s worth doing well.”

Since completing my marathon I have expanded into open field or cross country type races. These are not races I would have even considered if not for the balance and ground level adjusting built into the Asics GT-2000 trail running shoes. Running on paved surfaces such as in the New York Marathon demand the maximum cushioning and arch support stability provided by the Asics GT-2000 Limited Edition NYC, but sustaining the constant rotational impacts of a race through the woods can best be handled by the Asics-2000 trail running shoes.

I have read that running is one of the best overall exercises for the human body. It boosts metabolism thereby helping maintain body weight as well as being a wonderful support for the cardiovascular system. The downside is the constant jarring as your feet make contact with the running surface. I think that the people who engineer the Asics running shoes have shown their expertise by helping runners maintain the healthy life style generated by running. Their constant effort to build on their past successes means to me that they recognize the ever changing physiology of the human body.
I plan to keep on running.
